Yes Beloved, God Sees You!

Hey Luvs!

Do you ever wonder if you’re on God’s radar screen?

Let me put it this way….

God, do you see what’s going on here?

If that sentiment sounds familiar, then I suspect you’ve wondered a time or two if God really sees what’s going on in your life.

I was having one of those days last week, and that was my cry….God, do you see what’s going on here?

Oh yes, the enemy had invited me to a pity-party.

It was an invitation I wish I had not accepted.

Not long after arriving to a mosh pit of every lie you can imagine, the Holy Spirit reminded me that I had no business there.

I had no business having tea with the enemy of my soul.

The Holy Spirit had come to rescue me by reminding me of all the other times God had come through in spectacular fashion, and this time would be no different.

I was also lead to a message by Bishop T.D. Jakes. This was such an encouraging Word!

I’m sharing the link below and hope you’ll check out the video, especially if you’re wondering if God really sees you.

If you’ve accepted an invitation to the pity-party, again, check out this video. After watching this message, you definitely won’t be able to stay there.

Yes Beloved, God sees you!

Accepted in the Beloved

My daily devotional took me to Ephesians 1:5-6 today and I wanted to share this passage of scriptures with you. It reads, “having predestined us to adoption by sons of Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.

I thought this was a timely lesson as we start a new week and season. (Today is the first day of fall! Michigan is always lovely this time of year.)

I read and reread this passage a couple times this morning and each time it felt as though God was wrapping His loving arms around me.

I needed that.

I suspect that at times you need a hug too.

“To the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.” 1:6

Isn’t it wonderful to know that we are accepted in the Beloved? Whether you believe it or not, it’s true. Whether you feel like it or not, it’s still true!

I know that in this life, there will certainly be seasons and times when we don’t feel so accepted. We may have missed the mark or all hell may be breaking loose in our lives. When you find yourself in that space, read the first chapter of Ephesians. It’s a great reminder of the truth that God chose us before the foundation of the world. It doesn’t matter who has rejected us. We are accepted in the Beloved. (I also talked about this in my earlier post – You Are An Overcomer.)

As a follower of Jesus Christ, you are accepted in the Beloved, and there is nothing that anyone or anything can do to change this truth.

Let me say it again….

Sis, you are accepted in the Beloved. Believe it. Receive it.

I hope this message has made you smile today.

As always, thank you for visiting.
