Believe in Your Own Sauce

Hey Luvs!

I pray you are well and abounding in every good work.

Over the last couple days, I felt an urge to remind you to embrace your gifts and talents. Even in this season of uncertainty, God has a work for you to do.

Yes, especially in this season….

Has He called you to start a business? Maybe you have the desire to go back to school. Or maybe you find yourself doing what I did the other day.

Asking God for the umpteenth time… Lord, what should I do?

This time, I heard the Holy Spirit say, “What did I give you?

So, in taking stock of what I consider to be my natural abilities – writing, speaking, administrative work, and so forth, I compiled a pretty decent list of attributes that could one day open doors for other opportunities.

My point in sharing this story is that we can sometimes overlook the answers that are staring us right in the face.

If you’re confused today about what path to take in your business or career, consider the question:

What did God give you?

Take stock of your natural inclinations. What are the activities that interest you or come natural to you? This is usually a signpost on the road to destiny. Above all else, embrace the unique way you do any and everything. That quirkiness is what makes you special. It’s the attribute that sets you apart from everyone else. There’s a tribe that needs your ‘special sauce’.

My sister, my brother, it’s time to believe in your own sauce!

Yes Beloved, God Sees You!

Hey Luvs!

Do you ever wonder if you’re on God’s radar screen?

Let me put it this way….

God, do you see what’s going on here?

If that sentiment sounds familiar, then I suspect you’ve wondered a time or two if God really sees what’s going on in your life.

I was having one of those days last week, and that was my cry….God, do you see what’s going on here?

Oh yes, the enemy had invited me to a pity-party.

It was an invitation I wish I had not accepted.

Not long after arriving to a mosh pit of every lie you can imagine, the Holy Spirit reminded me that I had no business there.

I had no business having tea with the enemy of my soul.

The Holy Spirit had come to rescue me by reminding me of all the other times God had come through in spectacular fashion, and this time would be no different.

I was also lead to a message by Bishop T.D. Jakes. This was such an encouraging Word!

I’m sharing the link below and hope you’ll check out the video, especially if you’re wondering if God really sees you.

If you’ve accepted an invitation to the pity-party, again, check out this video. After watching this message, you definitely won’t be able to stay there.

Yes Beloved, God sees you!
